At the top of the violinists list is the previously announced Anne-Sophie Mutter, as well as rising young Dutch violinist Simone Lamsma…. Sheldon has signed Lera Auerbach as a conductor and composer as well as pianist.” Others signed by the agency include “Finnish conductor Eva Ollikainen, music and artistic director of the Iceland Symphony…. French conductor … Laurence Equilbey… American conductor Robert Trevino, music director of the Basque National Orchestra and chief conductor of the Malmö Symphony Orchestra … and the Royal Philharmonic under Vasily Petrenko … Sheldon, who has been instrumental in nurturing the careers of hundreds of major artists, identifies himself simply as founder and managing partner.”
