On December 11, the Alabama Symphony Orchestra will perform “Home for the Holidays,” the orchestra’s first in-person pops concert in 21 months. The concert will be performed in the 3,000-seat concert hall at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, Alabama. Principal Pops Conductor Chris Confessore will lead the concert, featuring the orchestra and vocalist Leah Luker performing music from the movies The Polar Express and Frozen, Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker, an audience sing-along, and other holiday music.
